Cellucor C4 Ripped Pre-Workout – 30 Servings is a pre-workout that combines the explosive energy of C4 with ingredients specific to fat loss. This formula helps you train harder while supporting your body’s ability to burn fat. If you have ever been on the hunt for a Creatine-free workout, Cellucor C4 Ripped is your formula. Our proprietary formulated Ripped Blend is designed to enhance fat loss by harnessing the power of L-Carnitine, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Capsimax Cayenne Fruit Extract and Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract.

The updated Cellucor C4 Ripped offers a very similar experience to that of the C4 Extreme. Namely, you’re first likely to experience a slight tingling sensation in your fingertips and possibly face due to the Beta alanine, before the central nervous system stimulation comes thanks to the Explosive Energy Blend. The energy kick is fairly mild, but noticeable and tends to last anywhere between 30-90 minutes depending on your metabolism and sensitivity. Unfortunately they’ve removed the bitter orange extract so the kick isn’t as strong as it used to be, but the effects do last longer in general thanks to the addition of TeaCor. The creatine nitrate will also help to support pump.

Usage
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4® Ripped, mixed with 6 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed and you are looking for an additional boost of energy, take one additional serving (1 scoop) with serving taken before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WITHIN 6 HOURS OF INGESTING ANY OTHER SOURCE OF CAFFEINE OR OTHER STIMULANTS. During your workout, it is recommend that you drink plenty of water or performance beverage to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta-alanine.
